For issues within a moderate scope $180.00 onsite.
For issues within a moderate scope $80.00 brought into our store.
(up to about 1 hour)
ENHANCED RESIDENTIAL ONSITE SERVICE
For issues of a more advanced nature $250.00.
For issues of a more advanced nature $150.00 brought into our store.
(over an hour onsite and up to 6 hours in-house)
PREMIUM RESIDENTIAL ONSITE SERVICE
For issues of the most complex nature requiring extended care $350.00.
For issues of the most complex nature requiring extended care $ 175.00 brought into our store.
(over 3 hours onsite and 6 hours or more in-house)

Our special service for the most common residential problem deals with your current viral and spyware problem, then continues support to keep your system running smooth. $250.00 per computer for onsite service, or $150.00 brought into us includes these features:
