I herein referred to as “customer” give authorization to Computer Guy herein referred to as “CGPC solutions ” to access and control my computer equipment, including all software and hardware to diagnose, service and repair.  I customer, accept all CGPC solution's terms and conditions and agreements.  I customer understand and acknowledge that CGPC solutions has advised that I back up my data prior to receiving any CGPC solutions services and that CGPC solutions is not responsible for any harm to or loss of data.  I customer shall protect, indemnify and save CGPC solutions harmless from and against any damage, cost or liability for any and all injuries to person or property arising from negligent acts or omission of CGPC solutions, its employees, agents, in performance of any CGPC solutions services.
